Product warranty

All products marketed by our site have a warranty certificate according to law and trade policies of manufacturers. The products are new, in original packaging and from sources approved by each manufacturer. Pharmaceutical products have their expiration date on the packaging. Please make sure that the product is not expired before using. For other products, the warranty can be found inside the package and is provided directly by the manufacturing company.

Please check the interior of the box for warranty. Lack of warranty of the product must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods to: doctorulverde@sunwavepharma.com

Any subsequent complaint after those 48 hours will not be considered. The procedure for ensuring the warranty implies the faulty product under warranty will be taken from the customer. The item will return to the customer after being repaired in one of the authorized services of the producer.

Round-trip transportation and insurance takes place in conditions free of charge.
